A Zengővár romjai a Zengő-hegy csúcsán 2009-ben

A Védegylet riadólánc-készültséget hirdetett aktivistái között, miután ismeretlen tettesek megrongáltak 23 fát a mecseki Zengő-hegyen úgy, hogy betonacél darabokat vertek beléjük. A Honvédelmi Minisztérium feljelentést tett az ügyben, a Védegylet pedig tiltakozásra hívta az őket támogató 250 fős értelmiségi csoportot, amely korábban levélben fejezte ki egyet nem értését Medgyessy Péter kormányfőnél a beruházás kapcsán.
