Az Alkotmánybíróság Donát utcai épülete 2017-ben

Alkotmánybírósághoz fordult a Vállalkozók és Munkáltatók Országos Szövetsége (VOSZ) a közteherviselést módosító törvény miatt. A szervezet kifogásolta, hogy a társadalombiztosítási járulékot az eljárás értelmében nem a jövedelem, hanem a munkakör és a tevékenység piaci értéke alapján kell fizetni, mely utóbbit nem definiálták. Hangsúlyozta továbbá, hogy az eljárás alkotmányellenes, érvényben maradása esetén számos vállalkozás mehet tönkre.
